Chris was admitted as a solicitor in 1990, and established the firm in 1993 to meet the need for specialist advice from an entirely family-orientated practice.
Chris specialises in divorce and in particular the resolution of financial issues.
Chris has an in-depth knowledge of making applications on behalf of unmarried parents for financial provisions on behalf of children pursuant to Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.
Chris also has considerable experience in dealing with private disputes in respect of children including residence, contact and Parental Responsibility Orders.
The vast majority of his work is received through recommendations including, on a number of occasions, by parties against whom he has acted. Chris is always anxious to ensure that when parties are going through the most difficult times of their life, they are dealt with in an approachable manner with no standing on ceremony.
